Terms of Service

Last updated: May 24, 2026

These Terms govern your use of LoLight AI ("LoLight", the "Service"), operated by Strong Tower Media LLC ("we", "us", "our") in Texas, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The service

LoLight provides a personal AI advisor for small business owners. The advisor loads a persistent profile of your business into every conversation and responds with context grounded in that profile. The Service is provided "as is" and we may modify, add, or remove features at any time.

2. Beta period and pricing

  • LoLight is currently in an open public beta. During the beta, the Service is free to use. The beta runs for a minimum of 30 days and may be extended.
  • When the beta ends, the Service becomes a paid subscription at $29 per month (USD), billed monthly until cancelled. We will notify you by email before any charge.
  • To continue using LoLight after the beta, you will need to add a payment method through Stripe. Charges are recurring until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless required by law.
  • Pricing may change for new subscribers; we will not retroactively change the price for an active subscription without giving you at least 30 days' notice and the option to cancel.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • One person per account. Sharing an account is not permitted; teams should obtain separate accounts (multi-seat plans may be added in the future).
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion is permanent.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into LoLight: your business profile, conversations, documents, and any output generated specifically for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content only to operate the Service for you.

We do not claim ownership of your inputs, do not sell your data, and do not use your conversations or documents to train models for general public use. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of third parties that receive your data and why.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use LoLight to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, infringe intellectual property, or harm anyone.
  • Generate, store, or distribute illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Reverse-engineer the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, or scrape data from accounts that are not yours.
  • Resell access to LoLight, white-label it, or pass it off as your own service.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or files designed to harm our infrastructure or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

6. AI advice is not professional advice

LoLight is a tool, not a licensed professional. Output from the advisor — including strategy suggestions, legal observations, tax-adjacent analysis, financial framing, hiring guidance, marketing copy, or anything else — is for informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying anything that matters with a qualified professional (lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, doctor) before acting on it. LoLight is not a substitute for that judgment and we are not liable for decisions you make based on its output.

7. Our intellectual property

The LoLight name, logo, design, code, and the software that powers the Service are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service except for content you originally provided.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. The Service depends on third-party providers (Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, Resend) and the public internet, any of which can have outages. During the beta, expect bugs and downtime; that is part of the point. After the paid period begins, we will publish status information on a status page or in-app banner as needed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ADVISOR OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SITUATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we believe your activity threatens the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, sections 4 (your content ownership), 7 (our IP), 9–11 (disclaimers, liability, indemnification), and 13 (governing law) survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
